Wrong /Missing Products
Please send an email to email@example.com quoting your order number and outlining what is wrong with the order or product.
If missing product is not available, a full refund of said product will be made within 3 days of your claim less any shipping fees.
If wrong product was supplied, please return the product in its original unopened packaging and original tags and a replacement or refund will be made within 3 working days of receiving the product back to Fraxcion.
Fraxcion product is warranted for 30 days from receipt of order.
If you find a fault in the product within the 30 day - Please outline the fault in the garment and also supply a photo of the fault in the garment. Your claim will be accessed by our support team and they will liaise with you to return the faulty stock and the issue of a replacement or full refund.
Claims for missing/ wrong product must be made within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
All claims must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Label provided by Fraxcion
All return costs are to be paid by the customer.
NB: Fraxcion is not responsible for any missing returns.
As Fraxcion do not hold any credit card or bank information, you will be required to supply this to Fraxcion in order to facilitate the refund.
